Tom worked tirelessly to build out the new space – tearing down walls, building a new cooler, putting in a new bathroom and a new commercial grade dishwasher. Thanks to our customers and employees who helped with cleaning and decorating (& even spackled dry wall!). After waiting what felt like forever, Tom and I took the motorcycle to Buffalo and picked up our NYS Liquor License for:
160 School Street
Victor, NY 14564
This new location has:
1) Three times the parking (which will really help with tour buses),
2) Twice the interior space (which is needed for open mic Fridays & live music Saturdays),
3) It’s in the Village of Victor near the Auburn Trail – so you can walk here and
4) It’s right next to Bernardo’s, a pizza, sub, wing & salad take out restaurant. Customers will be able to place their order via phone and Bernardo’s will deliver to their table!
We also have: a conference room, where Tom will be conducting his brewing classes and a private game room – for the gamers that like to play and drink beer!
We received our Certificate of Occupancy from the Town of Victor this morning (June 24, 2015), so we plan to open for business tonight. We have a lot to move today! We won’t have all the decorating done yet, but we’ll have beer! We’re doubling our open hours for 160 School St. We’re pretty excited!!
